Sarayfah Bolling

Sarayfah Bolling has a diverse range of work experience in various roles and positions. In 2008, they started their career as a Resident Assistant at Union College. From 2011 to 2013, they worked at the University of Massachusetts Amherst, first as a Student Engagement and Leadership Graduate Assistant, then as a Student Conduct Hearing Board member, Community Standards Graduate, and finally as a Student Conduct Intern. In 2012, they interned as a Conference Housing Intern at Western Washington University. In 2013, they joined Bentley University as a Residence Director, where they oversaw staff, coordinated programming initiatives, and managed a budget. From 2015 to 2018, they worked at the University of Georgia, first as a Senior Coordinator for Community Engagement, responsible for managing service trips and training staff and students on risk management policies. Later, they became an Adjunct Faculty member, teaching and supervising doctoral teaching assistants. From 2018 to 2020, they served as a Project Director for T.E.E.M.S. AmeriCorps at Georgia State University, where they managed program compliance, developed relationships with stakeholders, and maintained financial records. Currently, they are employed at Callisto as the Director of Programs and Strategic Engagement, having held previous roles as Assistant Director and Campus Engagement Manager.
