Scott MacDonald

Scott MacDonald has a diverse work experience spanning various roles in software engineering, teaching, and advocacy. Currently, they work at Callisto as the Lead Engineer, spearheading the development and maintenance of their proprietary web application, Callisto Vault. Scott also founded End of The Innocence, an organization focused on cultural change to reduce sexual harassment and assault. In their previous roles, they worked as a Software Engineer at Blue Origin, Imprev Inc., Redapt Inc., and CDK Global. Scott also worked as a Software Engineer at 3M Health Information Systems, developing and maintaining software used for payment determination by government, healthcare providers, and insurance companies. Prior to that, they worked as an Intern/Developer at Independent Software.
