Mary Hrncir

Mary Hrncir has over 15 years of experience in the IT industry. Mary is currently working as the Director of Data at Callon Petroleum since November 2022. Prior to that, they held the position of Senior Information Technology Manager at Maverick Natural Resources from April 2022 to November 2022. Mary has also worked at Marathon Petroleum Corporation as an IT Supervisor from November 2021 to March 2022. Mary has vast experience in managing teams and overseeing various IT functions. Prior to their role at Marathon Petroleum Corporation, Mary worked at Noble Energy, where they held several positions including IT Director, Enterprise Applications and Senior IT Program Manager. Mary also worked as an IT Program Manager and Senior Business Services Analyst at Noble Energy. Before joining Noble Energy, Mary worked at Citation Oil & Gas Corp. as a Lead Programmer Analyst, where they managed development projects and provided application support. Overall, Mary Hrncir has a strong background in IT management and has been instrumental in driving technological advancements and cost savings in their previous roles.

Mary Hrncir holds a BBA degree in Business Analysis/Management Information Systems from Texas A&M University. Mary has obtained various certifications throughout their career, including PRINCE2® Foundation Certification Training and IT Information Library Foundations Certification (ITIL) from AXELOS Global Best Practice in 2021, and Business Relationship Management Professional (BRMP®) from APMG International in 2018. In addition, they completed the Gap International Executive Challenge Course offered by Gap International in 2016.
