Anthony Glass has over ten years of professional experience. Anthony began their career in 2010 as a TEFL Sales Advisor for Global Experiences Inc., where they were the sole sales contact for TEFL certifications and participated in innovative strategy development. In 2013, they moved to Recall as an Operations Supervisor, where they managed daily and project-specific operational tasks by coordinating a large team of warehouse operations staff. Anthony then joined Match Converge (formerly Convergence Marketing) as a Marketing Support Center Operations Manager, devising and implementing an efficient reorganization of a large team of marketing call center technicians. In 2014, they joined 2U as an Admissions Manager, leading a team of Admissions Counselors to efficiently recruit qualified graduate school candidates. Anthony also worked as an Admissions Counselor, actively vetting prospective graduate students. In 2020, they joined CallTrackingMetrics as an Account Executive.

Anthony Glass received their Bachelor's degree in Psychology from St. Mary's College of Maryland.
