Shannon Duvall

Shannon Duvall has over 10 years of experience in Human Resources. Shannon began their career in 2008 as an HR Generalist II at Connections Education. In 2011, they moved to Adams & Associates Inc. as a Corporate Benefits Specialist. In 2012, they joined Sylvan Learning as a Director of Human Resources and was promoted to Senior Director of Human Resources. In 2019, they joined CallTrackingMetrics as the Director of People & Culture, and was later promoted to Senior Director of People & Culture. At CallTrackingMetrics, they work with a cutting-edge software within the SaaS/UCaaS space, helping drive revenue for 100,000+ clients in over 90 different countries.

Shannon Duvall has obtained a Bachelor of Arts (B.A.) in Business Administration, Management and Operations from Towson University, a Master of Science (MS) in Human Resources Management from University of Maryland Global Campus, a Graduate Certificate in Foundations of Human Resources Management and a Graduate Certificate in Leadership and Management from University of Maryland Global Campus, and an Associates of Applied Science in Management Development from College of Southern Maryland.
