Doug Vance is currently the VP of Product at Calm. Prior to that, they were with Walt Disney Television for 7 years, where they built a world-class team of product designers and product managers while instituting best-practices for agile product development in a fast-moving editorial and data-driven environment.

Before their time with Walt Disney, Doug was the VP of Product Management at GameGround, where they were the first US-based employee of the multinational social gaming company. Doug hired and managed a team of product managers, UX/UI specialists, designers, community managers, and engineers to concept, design, build, and grow a leading Facebook game portal.

Doug has developed successful marketing plans for alpha, beta, and go-live phases throughout their career, with a strong focus on paid media, SEO/SEM/SMO, affiliate marketing, and partnership marketing.
