Mahmood Zeyad

Mahmood Zeyad has an extensive work experience spanning several companies and roles. Mahmood began their career as the Local Chapter President at AIESEC in Bahrain in July 2013 and served in this role until June 2014. Mahmood then moved on to AIESEC in Oman, where they took on the role of Country Manager from June 2014 to July 2015. Mahmood then joined StartupOman as the Managing Director from July 2015 to August 2016. During this time, they also served as the City Chapter Co-Director at Startup Grind, a global startup community, from September 2015 to August 2016. In August 2016, Mahmood co-founded Majra, a leading career platform in Bahrain, where they served as the Co-Founder/CEO until November 2021, when the company was acquired by getkhibra.com. Following the acquisition, they joined Calo Inc. as the Head of People & Culture from December 2020 to December 2021, and then transitioned into the role of Director, People & Culture from December 2021 onwards.
