Ahmed AlKhunaizi

Ahmed AlKhunaizi has a diverse work experience spanning multiple industries and roles.

Starting in 2018, Ahmed worked as a Summer Trainee at Batelco, where they resolved customer order issues, documented actions taken, and provided system access.

In 2019, they participated in the Zain Youth Empowerment Programme at Zain Bahrain, gaining knowledge of the telecom industry and developing customer service skills as a trainee customer service agent.

In 2020, Ahmed interned as an AWS Intern at Almoayyed Computers, where they gained practical experience with Amazon Web Services.

Also in 2020, Ahmed served as an IT Delivery Channels professional at Al Baraka Islamic Bank, playing a crucial role in coordinating IT vendors, testing and deploying upgrades, and monitoring system performance.

In 2021, Ahmed joined CODED as a Full Stack Development Student and later became a Teaching Assistant, contributing to the learning and development of fellow students in the field of coding.

Currently, Ahmed works at Calo Inc. Since 2021, they have held various roles including Product Specialist and Customer Experience Shift Lead. As a Product Specialist, they are responsible for supporting clients and answering inquiries. As a Customer Experience Shift Lead, Ahmed leads a team in delivering exceptional customer support.

Throughout their work history, Ahmed has demonstrated strong communication skills, empathy, problem-solving abilities, and a passion for customer service.

Ahmed AlKhunaizi completed their secondary education at Al Ta'awon Secondary School, specializing in the Scientific Sector with a focus on Chemistry and Biology. After completing their secondary education, Ahmed pursued a Bachelor's degree in Management Information Systems at Bahrain Polytechnic, which they obtained in the year 2020.

In addition to their formal education, Ahmed also obtained several certifications. In September 2019, they became a Microsoft Certified Azure Administrator Associate. Then, in August 2019, Ahmed obtained the Amazon Web Services Solutions Architect - Associate certification. Their most recent certification was the Amazon Web Services SysOps Administrator - Associate, which they obtained in October 2020.
