Mathew Saisi

Mathew Saisi has a strong background in data privacy and legal counsel roles. Mathew currently works as the Data Privacy Lead at Calor Gas Ltd, a position they have held since September 2023. Prior to this, they worked at PwC UK as a Data Privacy Lawyer - Manager from September 2022 to June 2023. Before that, they served as the Global Privacy and Data Protection Legal Counsel at DHL Supply Chain from October 2021 to September 2022. Mathew Saisi has a diverse education history. Mathew obtained a Bachelor of Laws (LLB) degree from the University of Nairobi in 2013 and later completed the Advocates Training Programme at the Kenya School of Law in 2015. In 2018, they pursued a postgraduate degree in Computer and Communications Law (LLM) at Queen Mary University of London. Additionally, they hold a certificate in Business Management from the Kenya School of Professional Studies, obtained in 2009. Mathew has also obtained several certifications, including being a certified Information Privacy Professional/Europe in 2018 and an Advocate from the High Court of Kenya in 2016. Mathew is currently pursuing further certifications, including becoming a Fellow of Information Privacy and a Certified Information Privacy Manager.
