Syed Wasay Shah

Syed Wasay Shah is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in agile methodologies and product management. Currently serving as a Senior Scrum Master at Calrom since July 2022, Syed has been instrumental in educating teams and stakeholders on agile practices, facilitating Scrum ceremonies to enhance collaboration and efficiency. Prior to this, Syed held multiple roles at XStak Inc., including Scrum Master and Product Manager, where responsibilities included managing product offerings like Omni-Retain and FireFly and collaborating with high-profile clients such as EMAAR and GNC. Earlier experiences include a Customer Success Specialist role at ChatPandas, focusing on customer satisfaction and relationship management. Syed holds a Bachelor's degree in Business and Information Technology from the University of the Punjab and completed Matric in Science at American Lycetuff School.
