Ashley Heiser

Ashley Heiser has been working in finance and accounting for over 8 years. Ashley began their career in 2012 as a Client Accounting Representative for AMN Healthcare, where they managed over $6M of accounts receivable and partnered with clients to collect on past due accounts. In 2013, they moved to Southwind Management Corporation as a Staff Accountant, where they reviewed and improved the revenue recognition process for rental income. In 2014, they became an Accountant for Doss Aviation, Inc., where they revamped standard operating procedures for the daily accounting process and achieved successful audit outcomes. In 2016, Ashley began working for TGG Accounting as a Controller and Senior Accounting Manager. In this role, they provided strategic guidance to various industry executive stakeholders, managed and trained over 10 staff accountants, and implemented fast close procedures and developed month end close processes for new clients. In 2020, Ashley moved to Calsense as Director of Finance and Accounting.

Ashley Heiser obtained their Bachelor of Science in Accounting from the University of West Florida College of Business between 2009 and 2011. Prior to that, they attended the University of Massachusetts Lowell and studied Accounting between 2007 and 2009.
