Mike Dunigan

Mike Dunigan is an accomplished finance professional with extensive experience in investment analytics and performance management. Currently serving as an Associate Portfolio Manager at CalSTRS since August 2019, Mike develops analytics strategies to support informed investment decisions and manages the investment performance, analytics, and compliance projects focused on Total Plan value. Prior to this role, Mike worked at State Street from January 2006 to July 2019 in various capacities, including Strategic Solutions Director for Performance & Analytics, where Mike collaborated with clients to address investment analytics needs and shared industry best practices. Additionally, Mike led a team as Head of West Coast Client Service in Investment Analytics, managing performance analytics and risk for a diverse client base, and oversaw accounting operations for the West Coast, ensuring accurate financial reporting and compliance. Mike holds an M.S. in Financial Analysis from Saint Mary's College of California and a B.S. in Finance from California State University - East Bay.
