Tina Adjei

Tina Adjei is an experienced Learning and Development Analyst currently at CalSTRS since November 2023. Previously, Tina held roles as an Instructional Designer at Antelope Springs Church and Uplift Communities, where responsibilities included collaborating with subject matter experts and developing engaging training programs. At Agile Global Solutions, Tina served as a Sr Business Systems Analyst, improving website user experience and content clarity for the Judicial Council of California. With a background in web development and management, including experience with Orchard Ranch Elementary School PTC and Quest Solutions, Tina effectively integrates technology and instructional design. Tina holds a Master of Science in Instructional Design & Technology from Walden University and a BSc in Computer Science from the University of Hertfordshire.
