Kate Adams, MBA, SHRM-SCP has over 15 years of work experience in various roles within human resources and administration. Kate has worked as a Human Resources Director, HR Manager, HR Generalist/Payroll, Payroll Assistant, and in other administrative positions. Throughout their career, they have implemented strategic HR goals, improved HR procedures and services, implemented paperless HR processes, developed new policies and procedures, and managed payroll for large organizations. Kate also has experience in accounts receivable and accounting. Kate's expertise lies in building and managing HR departments, implementing HRMS systems, and ensuring legal compliance.

Kate Adams, MBA, SHRM-SCP, has had a diverse education history. Kate holds a Master of Business Administration (MBA) degree with a focus on Business Administration and Management, which they obtained from Liberty University from 2019 to 2021. Prior to that, they earned a Bachelor's degree in Business Administration from the same institution in 2019.

Before attending Liberty University, Kate completed their Bachelor's degree in Bible/Biblical Studies from Calvary Chapel Bible College from 2006 to 2008. Kate also holds an Associate's Degree in Business Technology from Rogue Community College, which they acquired from 2002 to 2005. In addition, they earned a Business Administration Certificate from the same college during the same period.
