Joe Meginnes

Joe is the Director of Strategy, New Product Legal and Operations at Calvert Impact Capital, focusing on the firm's small business initiatives. He is the Board Secretary and a dedicated volunteer of Pangea Educational Development, a nonprofit dedicated to fostering cultures of literacy, as well as a Partner in the Chicago chapter of Social Venture Partners. He lives just outside of Chicago with his wife and two sons.

Before joining Calvert Impact Capital:

Joe was Deputy General Counsel at Balyasny Asset Management, a global, multi-strategy investment firm. Prior to BAM, he was an Associate in the Investment Funds, Advisers and Derivatives practice group at Sidley Austin LLP. Joe is a native of Peoria, Illinois, and received a B.A. in Economics from the University of Notre Dame and a J.D. from Harvard Law School.
