Noah Toly

Provost at Calvin University

Noah Toly is the Provost at Calvin University. Prior to their current position, they served as a Senior Fellow for Global Cities at The Chicago Council on Global Affairs from January 2016 to June 2017. Noah was also the Executive Director and Chair at Wheaton College from June 2006 to September 2021, and a Senior Fellow at the Martin Marty Center for the Advanced Study of Religion at the University of Chicago from October 2012 to June 2013. Additionally, they were a Policy Fellow at the Center for Energy and Environmental Policy at the University of Delaware from August 2001 to June 2006.

Noah Toly is a graduate of Wheaton College where they earned their B.A. in Interdisciplinary Studies; Spanish. Noah also has a M.A. in Theology from Wheaton College, as well as a M.A. and Ph.D. in Urban Affairs & Public Policy from the University of Delaware.
