Daniel Peña Valenzuela is a founding partner at Peña Mancero Abogados, focusing on litigation, arbitration, intellectual property, and technology transfer contracts. Serving as an arbitrator for several prestigious institutions including the Superintendencia de Sociedades and the Cámara de Comercio de Medellín, Daniel also participates actively in the International Chamber of Commerce and holds membership with the World Intellectual Property Organization. With extensive academic involvement, Daniel has over 20 years of teaching experience at Universidad Externado de Colombia and oversees research on legal aspects of e-commerce and disruptive technologies. Daniel's educational background includes advanced degrees in international law and intellectual property, and Daniel is currently pursuing a PhD in International Cultural Heritage Law at Universidad Externado de Colombia.
