David Greenberg

David Greenberg is a Program Manager at HII Technical Solutions, a division of Huntington Ingalls Industries. David has extensive experience in leading engineering teams focused on Spectrum Issues related to the implementation of the National Broadband Plan for the US Army. Prior to their current role, David held positions at Alion Science and Technology, IIT Research Institute, and the US Army, where David worked on projects involving tactical radios, network systems, and technology initiatives. David holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Electrical Engineering from Texas A&M University.
