Luis Lynch-Maldonado is an experienced professional with a strong background in network administration and C4I systems. Luis has worked for multiple companies, including HII Technical Solutions, Alion Science and Technology, SAIC, Engility Corporation, DXC Technology, and the US Navy. Throughout their career, they have provided support for war games and fleet training, performed system administration and technical support for Theater Battle Management Core Systems (TBMCS) and Joint Automated Deep Operations Coordination System (JADOCS), and integrated these systems with Joint Strike Planning Systems. Luis has also conducted system upgrades and configuration changes, verified system configurations, and performed system verification and validation. Additionally, Luis has experience in desktop support, Windows and UNIX systems administration, cryptographic management, and telecommunications supervision.

Luis Lynch-Maldonado, MIS, has a strong educational background in information systems and cybersecurity. Luis pursued a Master of Information Systems (MIS) with a focus on Cyber Security at the University of Phoenix from 2015 to 2017. Prior to that, they completed their Bachelor of Science in Information Technology with a specialization in Information Systems Security at the same institution from 2012 to 2015.

Luis also holds two Associate of Science (A.S.) degrees. In 2004, they attended Pikes Peak State College, where they acquired a degree in Computer and Information Sciences, General. Additionally, in 2003 and 2004, they studied at Central New Mexico Community College, earning an A.S. degree in Computer Science.

In addition to their formal education, Luis has obtained several industry certifications. Luis became a Microsoft Certified Solutions Associate - Windows 10 Charter Member from Microsoft in February 2019. Luis also holds certification as a Microsoft Certified Solutions Associate - Windows Server 2016, which they earned in August 2018. Furthermore, they achieved Microsoft Certified Professional status for Installation, Storage and Compute with Windows Server 2016 in November 2017.

Among their other certifications, Luis earned the CompTIA Security+ CE certification from CompTIA in December 2014. In the same year, they also obtained Microsoft Technology Associate certifications for Windows Operating Systems Fundamentals and Windows Server Administration Fundamentals. In 2011, they received a Certificate of Apprenticeship as an Internetworking Technician from the U.S. Department of Labor. Lastly, in May 2010, they obtained the CompTIA Security+ certification from CompTIA.
