Trevor Graves has a diverse and extensive work experience in various engineering roles. Trevor started their career as an Electrical Engineer at Johns Hopkins University Applied Physics Laboratory, where they developed mixed analog/digital circuits for Department of Defense projects. Trevor then moved on to Booz Allen Hamilton, where they worked as a Systems Engineer, managing cross-functional project teams and implementing modeling and simulation techniques for public safety communications. At Summit Technologies, Inc., they served as a Senior Systems Engineer, focusing on improving electromagnetic spectrum efficiency for the Department of Homeland Security through technical planning and analysis. As a Lead Systems Engineer at Booz Allen Hamilton, Trevor managed a $40M project for the Army, performing systems engineering and integration for ISR and Force Protection systems. Trevor also held the role of Program Manager at AmVet Technologies, managing the DOE's Spectrum Management Program. Prior to that, they worked as a Lead Engineer at ActioNet, Inc., overseeing the DOE's Spectrum Management Program. Currently, Trevor is working as a Principal Radio Frequency Engineer at HII Technical Solutions, where they manage project development, contracts, and scheduling for the Army Research Laboratory and other government agencies. Trevor also serves as an advisor and technical expert to meet project goals and objectives.

Trevor Graves holds a Master of Science degree in Systems Engineering from The Johns Hopkins University. Trevor also obtained a Bachelor of Science degree in Electrical Engineering from the University of Maryland. Additionally, they have a certification in Project Management Professional from the Project Management Institute, which they obtained in January 2013.
