Deborah Schweikert

Deborah (Agrin) Schweikert is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in strategy, operations, and partnership management across various sectors. Currently serving as Partnerships Director for Cambia Health Solutions since July 2023, Deborah focuses on enhancing the integration and growth of Echo Health Ventures' portfolio within Cambia's health plans. Previous roles include Director/General Manager at REI, where Deborah managed a $350M+ cycle business, and Area Manager for Mobile Vaccination at Public Health – Seattle & King County, overseeing a COVID-19 vaccination team. Deborah also held significant positions at the Bill & Melinda Gates Foundation, leading strategic planning and operations for global health initiatives. Additional experiences include development roles at Vittana and Global Citizen Year, with a strong educational background that includes an MBA from the University of California, Berkeley, an M.A. from New York University, and a B.A. from Cornell University.
