Anna-Mia Rehn

Anna-Mia Rehn has a diverse work experience spanning several roles and responsibilities. Anna-Mia started their career at Cambio Healthcare Systems AB in 1996 as a Financial Assistant, where they handled supplier accounts, reconciliations, and budget work. In 1997, they transitioned to the role of Payroll Administrator, managing salary calculations and payments, and later coordinating with an outsourced consulting company. In 2016, they became a People Success (HR) Generalist, supporting managers in various HR issues and contributing to development/change management. Anna-Mia'stasks included recruitment, employment administration, planning new employee onboarding, reporting, and HR budgeting. In 2020, they took on the role of HCM-Lead, overseeing the implementation of the business system Workday and ensuring its effective use across different countries and companies. Anna-Mia Rehn is currently employed as a Senior People Success (HR) Generalist at Cambio Healthcare Systems AB.
