Sara Stenborg

Sara Stenborg has over 16 years of work experience in the field of user experience design and management. Sara began their career in 2005 as an Interaktionsdesigner at Antrop, where they worked until 2011. From 2011 to 2014, Sara worked at Cambio Healthcare Systems as a User Experience Manager, where they were responsible for setting strategies and improving the overall user experience of the company's products.

After joining Valtech in 2014 as a User Experience Designer, Sara worked with cross-functional agile teams on various products and services, focusing on UX strategies, service design, concept development, user research, prototyping, and end-user testing. In 2016, Sara joined Cambio Group as a Product Manager, where they were responsible for the COSMIC products and worked closely with Product Owners and product teams to create roadmaps, prioritize backlogs, and design solutions.

In 2018, Sara transitioned to the role of User Experience Manager at Cambio Group, where they coached and supported the UX-team in their day-to-day work, focusing on the user experience of COSMIC, including the design system Atmosphere, continuous process improvements, and overall user experience strategies. Sara also played a role in recruiting new team members.

In 2020, Sara took on the role of Change Facilitator at Cambio Group, applying a lean change management approach to drive and support continuous improvement initiatives in R&D, with a focus on values, culture, coaching, and process improvements. Currently, Sara holds the position of UX Designer at Cambio Group, starting in April 2021, where they continue to contribute their expertise in user experience design.

Sara Stenborg obtained a Magisterexamen degree in Cognitive Science from Linköping University, which they pursued from 2001 to 2005.
