Sean Baskerville has a diverse work experience spanning various industries. Sean began their career at Blockbuster as a Shift Leader in 2002. Sean then worked at State Farm as a Claims Service Assistant, where they provided support to multiple teams of insurance adjusters. In 2004, they joined The Distance Learning Company as a Customer Service Representative, where they handled customer support for online offerings and e-learning classes. In 2007, they joined Cambium Learning Group, initially as a Technical Support Specialist, and eventually progressed to become a Senior Technical Support Specialist and then the Lead Technical and Implementation Support Specialist. Throughout their career, Sean has demonstrated adaptability, strong customer service skills, and a track record of promotions.
