Scope of Responsibilities & Position Expectations

Key Responsibilities:  Engagement & Development – Business Partnership •Support the EMEA team as an effective HR business partner. Engage with team members from time to time and understand their engagement drivers, development needs and support the regional leaders to build a high performing team. •Become a member of the team and attend periodic management meetings, become a business partner with employees and teams, forming a true HR partnership. •Partner with managers on development coaching and objective setting for employees, to promote a culture of performance and development. •Facilitate the annual performance management process to include goal setting, mid-year check-ins, annual appraisals, and compensation planning. •Identify development opportunities and coach company leaders and managers in order to increase their managerial and leadership effectiveness. •Roll out appropriate engagement activities in the region.

HR Administration •Manage compliance with regional and local legislation, regulatory bodies, and internal policies throughout the EMEA region. Provide strong customer service regarding employee-related matters.  •Direct the work of external resources, including consultancy firms, staffing search firms, and legal and tax consultants. •Conduct internal workplace investigations and recommend resolutions to employee problems, issues and concerns. •Manage payroll, benefits, process sales incentive documents and rewards for the team.

Recruitment •Manage end to end recruitment process for EMEA region within the assigned budget and approved headcount. •Work with hiring managers to define position descriptions, manage inflow of candidates, conduct HR interviews and salary negotiation.

Global HR responsibilities •Participate in the development and rollout of various HR programs, together with the global HR team. Projects will be assigned depending on department or company needs and priorities.  •Independently manage programs such as compliance, immigration etc. 

Knowledge/ Skill Requirement -CIPD qualified. -Relevant and progressive HR experience. -Demonstrated analytical thinking, problem solving and decision-making skills. -Ability to listen to and understand the needs of the employees, together with those of the company. -Team player with a collaborative style and a proven ability to build, mentor and retain quality employees in a fast-paced work environment. -Detail oriented, good at follow-through. -High personal and professional standards of ethics and integrity. -Desire to grow professionally by taking up companywide HR assignments from time to time.  -Collective bargaining experience would be beneficial (France, Italy, Spain).

Language Skills Requirement -Excellent written and oral English, plus an additional language (French, Italian or Spanish) would be an advantage.
