Linda Rich

Linda Rich is the owner of Linda Rich Associates since 2000, providing executive coaching, leadership development, and career management across corporate, SME, and voluntary sectors. Additionally, Linda has served as an executive coach at Cambria Consulting since 2010, specializing in support for corporate senior managers. From 2010 to 2014, Linda worked as a field consultant with the Alban Institute, focusing on consulting and coaching to enhance the vitality of congregations. Prior experience includes serving as VP at ERC Dataplus from 1997 to 2000, managing 360 feedback and employee survey initiatives, and holding the position of VP of Training & Development at JPMorganChase (Chemical Bank) from 1991 to 1996, where Linda oversaw training for a division of 3,000 employees. Linda Rich holds an MBA from New York University.
