Aaron Burkholder

Aaron Burkholder is an experienced freelance editor and writer with a diverse background in publishing and education. Currently serving as a freelance editor at Reedsy since May 2021, Aaron specializes in development editing, copyediting, and proofreading for self-published authors. At University of Dayton Publishing since April 2017, Aaron has focused on editing projects for the Mexican and Puerto Rican markets. Additional roles include freelance writing and editing at Cambridge University Press and Pearson plc, as well as content development at Cengage Learning and Richmond Publishing. Previously, Aaron worked as a freelance journalist for The Guadalajara Reporter and taught English as a second language and Spanish at various educational institutions. Aaron holds a Bachelor's degree in English Literature and Spanish from Eastern Kentucky University.
