Liz Ramos

Liz is the Head of Human Capital and has more than 30 years of human resource and operational experience with top US and global firms. Liz is responsible for a number of the firm’s HR functions.

Prior to joining Cambridge Associates, Liz was executive recruitment firm Isaacson, Miller’s first non-founding President. Under her leadership, Isaacson, Miller targeted new market segments for entry and recruited the most successful partner hires in the firm’s past decade. Before this, she held a number of Human Capital leadership roles with Fidelity Private Equity and Charles River Associates where she worked to bring distinguished investment professionals to Fidelity’s private equity businesses and eminent economists to Charles River Associates. Liz began her career as a strategy consultant at Bain & Company where she also held positions in operations management. While at Bain, Liz was appointed the first Global Head of Human Capital.

Liz worked in banking for two years before attending Harvard Business School and joining Bain & Company. Liz received a degree in international economics, graduating summa cum laude from DePauw University.
