Steve Kelley

Steve Kelley is an accomplished entrepreneur and educator with extensive experience in various fields. Since May 2021, Steve has been the owner of One Stop Publishing Company, which facilitates connections between aspiring authors and freelance professionals. As a co-author since 2018, Steve has contributed to a project focused on teaching writing to children and grandchildren. Steve also owns Conflict Specialists Company, a consulting and training firm aimed at fostering culture change within organizations, and serves as an adjunct professor at Curry College, specializing in conflict management. Additionally, Steve holds a senior lecturer position at Cambridge College, covering topics such as leadership and negotiation. Their entrepreneurial journey began in 1985 with self-employment, and Steve formerly served as the CEO of Specialty Casings Designs, Inc. from 2010 to 2017 and as the president of KC Real Estate LLC from 2003 to 2009. Steve earned a degree in Management from Cambridge College, where conflict management and communication were key areas of study.
