Helena W.

Helena W. currently serves as Chief of Staff to the CEO at Cambridge Consultants since May 2023. Prior to this role, extensive experience was gained at MBDA over a span of more than 21 years, where multiple leadership positions were held, including Business Development Executive, Head of Function and Operations for Sales and Business Development, and Chief of Staff to both the UK Managing Director and the Executive Group Director of Sales and Business Development. Earlier positions included Project Manager in Operations, Export Area Sales Manager, and Bid and Export Commercial Manager. Helena W. began professional journey as a Business Apprentice, participating in rotational work while pursuing degrees in Business and French from the University of Hertfordshire, GDL in Law from The University of Law, and education at HEC Paris and the University of the Arts London.
