Jiahui Hermes

Jiahui (JJ) Hermes, PhD has extensive experience working in various roles within different companies. Starting in 2005, they worked as a Civil Engineering Intern at Mouchel Parkman, where they focused on major projects within the highways business. In 2007, they joined KC Optical Ltd as a Design Engineer, specializing in optical design. From 2014 to 2015, they worked as a Consultant in Strategy, Innovation, and Process at Cambridge Consultants, before being promoted to Senior Consultant in the same field from 2016 to 2017. Jiahui (JJ) then took on the role of Strategy & AI Lead (Asia) from 2018 to 2023, and finally became the Head of Strategy and Applied Sciences, Asia from 2023 to the present. Throughout their career, Jiahui Hermes has demonstrated expertise in strategy, innovation, and process, making their a valuable asset in the field.

Jiahui (JJ) Hermes, PhD has a PhD in Engineering from the University of Cambridge. Prior to that, they obtained an MEng in Electrical and Information Sciences and an MA in Information and Computer Engineering, both from the University of Cambridge. In addition to their academic qualifications, they have also completed the Leadership Programme at NUS Business School and the HarvardX Course in Technology Entrepreneurship offered by edX.
