Andrea Hodgson BAcc CA has a diverse work experience spanning over several years. Andrea began their career at KPMG UK, where they worked as an Audit & Computer Audit Manager from 1990 to 1994. Andrea then joined National Australia Group as a Financial Accountant from 1994 to 1996. After that, they worked at Capital Bank as a Director of Finance from 1996 to 1999.

In 1999, Andrea moved on to Bank of Scotland, where they held various roles including Director Group Accounting, Director Strategy, and Finance Director. Andrea worked at Bank of Scotland until 2008. From June 2008 to December 2009, they served as Strategy & Change Director at Lloyds Banking Group. Andrea then took on the role of Integration Finance Director from December 2009 to January 2012, followed by the role of Change Director from January 2012 to September 2013.

In 2014, Andrea joined Universities Superannuation Scheme (Ltd) as an Interim CFO from March to December. In the same year, they also became a Non-Executive Director at Wirral University Teaching Hospital NHS Foundation Trust, a position they still hold.

From March 2016 to October 2016, Andrea worked as the Head of Projects and Strategic Initiatives at the Future Williams & Glyn Team-RBS. Andrea then joined Chetwood Financial Limited as a CFO from November 2016 to June 2017. Currently, they are the CFO at Cambridge & Counties Bank, a position they have held since July 2017.
