Elizabeth Mullins has extensive work experience in compliance and regulatory roles. Elizabeth has worked as the Head of Compliance & MLRO, Data Protection Officer at Cambridge & Counties Bank since 2019. Prior to that, they owned Morcott Compliance Solutions, offering compliance services to businesses. Elizabeth also owned The Productive Greenhouse, producing handmade gifts. Elizabeth has held various compliance positions at Zebra Finance Ltd, Nottingham Building Society, Wolters Kluwer, Zurich Insurance, Close Motor Finance Limited, Close Brothers, and Callcredit Information Group. Elizabeth'sexpertise includes areas such as data protection, consumer credit, FCA compliance, AML, and regulatory advisory.

Elizabeth Mullins has a diverse education history. Elizabeth obtained a UK Diploma in Compliance from Alliance Manchester Business School from 2004 to 2006, specializing in Financial Services Compliance. In 2019 to 2020, they pursued two Specialist Certificates from Alliance Manchester Business School: one in Combating Financing of Terrorism and another in Anti Corruption, both focused on Financial Crime Prevention. In 2017, they completed the ICA Certificate in Anti Corruption, also emphasizing Financial Crime Prevention. Additionally, in 2016, Elizabeth earned a Specialist Certificate in Conduct Risk and a Specialist Certificate in Managing Sanctions Risk from Alliance Manchester Business School, with a field of study in Banking and Financial Support Services. Elizabeth also achieved an ICA Certificate in Managing Sanctions Risk in the same year.

In terms of distance learning, Elizabeth pursued a Diploma in Criminology Intermediate in 2021 and a Diploma in Criminology for Beginners in 2015, both through OA - Distance Learning. Elizabeth also obtained a Diploma in Forensic Science and Profiling, specializing in Financial Crime Prevention.

Earlier in their education, Elizabeth obtained various certifications and qualifications. In 2005, they obtained the BCS Level 1 & 2 Certificate for IT Users (ECDL Part 1&2) from Central College Nottingham. In 2002, they achieved the BCS Foundation Certificate in IT Service Management (ITIL) from the Information Systems Examination Board (iseb). Elizabeth also holds the NEBS Introductory Certificate in Management from Clarendon City College - New College Nottingham, which they obtained in 2001. Elizabeth completed their secondary education at Burleigh Community College, where they earned 9 GCSE's, including Chemistry & Physics, from 1989 to 1991.

Additionally, Elizabeth has earned several certifications outside of their formal education. Elizabeth obtained a Fellowship Certification from the International Compliance Association in 2023, becoming a Fellow Member of the association. In 2021, they completed the Demystifying Cryptocurrency course offered by the International Compliance Association. In 2020, Elizabeth received certifications in GDPR and GDPR in the Workplace from New Skills Academy. In 2014, they achieved an LMS Qualification in Events Management, and in 2014, they obtained the City & Guilds Food Safety & Hygiene for Catering - Level 2 certification from City & Guilds.
