Bin Lu

Bin Lu is currently the CEO and Cofounder at Cambridge Electronics. Prior to this, they worked as a Teaching Assistant at MIT from September 2010 to December 2010. There, they taught 6.728 Applied Quantum and Statistical Physics. Before that, they were an NS Lab intern at National Semiconductor from July 2010 to August 2010 where they pioneered a high resolution in-circuit dynamic Rdson extraction method and studied dynamic behavior of GaN power transistors in soft- and hard-switching conditions.

Bin Lu was educated as an electrical engineer, earning their B.S. from Tsinghua University, their M.S. from the Massachusetts Institute of Technology, and their Ph.D. from MIT.
