Alejandro Hernández Carpio has a diverse work experience spanning several industries. Alejandro began their career in 2011 at IKEA Group, where they worked as a Sales Associate and later as a Front Liner, specializing in customer service and managing the retail space.
In 2014, Alejandro briefly worked at Fnac as a Vendedor producto editorial, where they provided customer assistance, managed orders and stock, and maintained the commercial space.
From 2015 to 2016, Alejandro worked at Tecnimer S.L as a Proyectista mecánico. Here, they were responsible for designing and developing industrial machinery projects, specifically for the food sector. Alejandro supervised the manufacturing process of these projects, including the creation of automated packaging lines.
In 2016, Alejandro briefly worked as an Ingeniero comercial at COOL TRADE CONSULTING S.L., where they managed the commercial operations of the company, oversaw sales visits, and supervised the creation of offers.
From 2016 to 2017, Alejandro worked as a Proyectista mecánico at Dosimur. Alejandro'srole involved designing packaging machinery and overseeing their fabrication. Alejandro was also responsible for creating technical manuals and documentation for CE marking.
From 2017 to 2021, Alejandro worked at MATRILAM TECH SL, starting as an Ingeniero de planificación, where they supported the implementation of a new ERP and MRP system. Alejandro later became the Engineering Manager of the Metal Parts Department, responsible for stamping and sheet metal transformation. Alejandro also held the role of Responsible for Purchasing and Supplies, managing technical materials, machinery, spare parts, raw materials, and negotiating with suppliers. Additionally, they served as the Responsible for Occupational Risk Prevention, managing safety procedures, accident investigations, and creating work procedures.
Recently, Alejandro joined Cambridge Energy in 2021. Alejandro has worked as a Mechanical Engineer, focusing on the development of 3D/2D models for the optimization and commissioning of large-volume manufacturing lines for prefabricated solar generators. Currently, they hold the position of Manufacturing Engineering Manager, responsible for coordinating the design, optimization, and commissioning of manufacturing lines for prefabricated solar trackers.
Alejandro Hernández Carpio obtained a Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering from the Universidad Politécnica de Cartagena, which they attended from 2009 to 2014. In 2013, they also obtained the certification of Colegiado from the Colegio Oficial de Ingenieros Técnicos Industriales de la Región de Murcia - COITIRM.
Later, in 2018 and 2019, Alejandro pursued a Master's degree in Labor Risk Prevention from the Universitat Rovira i Virgili. Moreover, in September 2019, they earned the CSWA Certification for Mechanical Design at the level of ASSOCIATE, offered by Dassault Systèmes.
