Thimote'smost recent position was as the Chief Operations Officer at Cambridge Energy, where they oversaw the company's operations, including manufacturing, supply chain, finance, human resources, legal, and commercial aspects. Thimote provided strategic direction, managed relationships with suppliers and customers, identified new business opportunities, and mentored the senior management team.

Prior to that, Thimote worked at Aliaxis, where they held two roles. Firstly, as the Director of Supply Chain Excellence & Transformation EMEA, they led supply chain transformation initiatives across 36 sites in 12 countries. Thimote'sresponsibilities included implementing S&OP processes, transforming logistics, leading digital transformation, optimizing inventory levels, and developing supply chain strategies.

Secondly, at Aliaxis, Thimote served as the Director of Supply Chain UK & EMEA Excellence, where they led the development and implementation of the short and long-term supply chain strategy. Thimote managed a team to deliver transformational change and optimize supply chain management.

Before their time at Aliaxis, Thimote worked at Hexcel Corporation as the European Supply Chain Planning & Procurement Manager, where they were responsible for overseeing all supply chain planning and procurement activities in Europe. Thimote provided leadership, drove process improvements, and ensured on-time delivery to customers.

Thimote also gained experience at SONACA, where they held the roles of Supply Chain Planning Manager and Procurement Manager. In these positions, they developed comprehensive supply plans, managed procurement operations, and fostered strong supplier relationships.

Earlier in their career, Thimote worked at Leroy Merlin as a Supplier/Procurement Manager. In this role, they excelled in inventory management, requirement planning management, and supply flow selection.

From 2019 to 2021, Thimote attended the Massachusetts Institute of Technology and earned a Micro Master's degree in Supply Chain Management. This program focused on equipping students with the skills and knowledge needed to effectively manage supply chains in various industries.

Prior to that, Thimote pursued a Master of Business Administration (MBA) at the University of Paris I: Panthéon-Sorbonne from 2014 to 2016. This degree provided a comprehensive understanding of business administration and management.

During the same period at the University of Paris I: Panthéon-Sorbonne, Thimote also earned a Master's degree in Business/Managerial Economics. This degree further enhanced Thimote's expertise in business and economics.

In 2009 and 2010, Thimote completed a Master's degree in Supply Chain Management at the University of Lille 1 Sciences and Technology. This educational experience provided Thimote with a solid foundation in supply chain management principles and practices.

Additionally, Thimote has obtained several certifications to enhance their skills and knowledge in the field. They have earned the Certified in Production and Inventory Management (CPIM) certification from APICS in February 2023. Thimote also completed multiple certificates from the Massachusetts Institute of Technology (MIT), including Supply Chain Technology and Systems (CTL.SC4x), Supply Chain Dynamics (CTL.SC3x), Supply Chain Design (CTL.SC2x), Supply Chain Fundamentals (CTL.SC1x), and Supply Chain Analytics (CTL.SC0x).

Thimote's certifications also include a Certificate in Procurement and Supply Operations from CIPS - The Chartered Institute of Procurement & Supply. They have also acquired the Certified Black Belt Lean Six Sigma and Certified Lean Expert certifications from Advanced Innovation Group Pro Excellence (AIGPE) in August 2020.
