Karen started as a part-time recruiter for Fieldwork Phoenix in 1993. Within a short time, she was promoted to Phone Room Manager. After 4 years of managing the phone room, she was approached by Vicki Knoell (former President of Fieldwork Phoenix) and asked if she would like to be a project manager. The fun started when she said yes. She has been a project manager for a little over 20 years now. From making food trays to taking out the trash, Karen watches over the facility along with her partner in crime (Michele Manigold) to make sure the clients have what they need from the time the proposal is sent until they walk out the door after a successful project. The Phoenix team is committed to making sure clients have a great experience at the facility.
