Crystal Leymeister has a diverse work experience spanning over two decades. Crystal began their career in the banking industry, working as a Teller at Maryland Bank and Trust from 1995 to 2000, and later as a Head Teller at Allfirst Bank from 1998 to 2000. Following this, they worked as an Assistant Branch Manager at Chevy Chase Bank from 2000 to 2001.

In 2001, Crystal transitioned to owning and managing their own business, Expanding Horizons Daycare, where they handled various responsibilities such as accounting, recordkeeping, and marketing until 2003.

From 2003 to 2004, Crystal served as an Assistant Manager/Financial Services Representative at SunTrust Bank, where they oversaw day-to-day operations and maintained customer relationships.

In 2004, Crystal joined Bolton & Associates, LLC as an Executive Assistant to the President, where they provided administrative support, managed contracts, and assisted in proposal preparations. Crystal held this position until 2007.

From 2007 to 2008, Crystal worked at Meridian Ventures, Inc as an Office Manager/HR Coordinator, where they coordinated and submitted government RFPs and managed staffing and career development.

Next, Crystal served as the General Manager at A-1 Ambulance & Transport, Inc from 2008 to 2009, where they generated proposals, administered contracts, and managed employee relations.

In 2009, Crystal joined SAIC as a Proposal Coordinator, providing coordination support for bids and analyzing RFPs and evaluation criteria. Crystal was later promoted to the role of Proposal Manager, managing the proposal process and contract-related activities until 2018.

Since 2018, Crystal has been working at Cambridge International Systems, Inc. Crystal initially served as an Account Manager/Capture Analyst, supporting capture and proposal efforts and initiating contract processes. In 2020, they transitioned to the role of Proposal Operations Manager, leading a team and overseeing the quality/compliance of proposals. Currently, Crystal holds the position of Proposal Compliance and Quality Manager, responsible for ensuring compliance and quality of all proposals while maintaining documentation security and integrity.

Crystal Leymeister attended Baker College, where they obtained an Associate of Business degree in an unspecified field of study in 2012. Crystal then pursued a Bachelor of Business Administration degree at the same institution and completed it in 2015.
