Lauren Cox

Lauren Cox has extensive work experience in the education sector. Lauren is currently employed at Meridian Trust as the Deputy Head Teacher and also serves as the Director of Primary Science. Prior to that, they worked at Gunthorpe Primary School as a School Governor. Lauren also worked at West Town Primary Academy, where they held the positions of Assistant Principal and Science Lead and Year Six Class Teacher. Additionally, they were a Teach First Third Year Offer participant at Teach First and completed the Leadership Development Programme with the same organization. Lauren started their career as a Volunteer at Seva Mandir.

Lauren Cox completed their Bachelor's degree in International Development with Overseas Experience at the University of East Anglia from 2012 to 2015. Lauren then went on to pursue a Master's degree at Canterbury Christ Church University from 2016 to 2017, where they focused on earning a Post Graduate Certificate in Education.
