Justin Pierce

Justin Pierce has a diverse work experience in the legal field. Justin currently serves as the Vice President Legal at Cambridge Savings Bank, where they provide legal support to the bank's various business units and assists in corporate, regulatory, and governance matters. In this role, they advise on vendor contracts, ensures legal compliance, and manages responses to subpoenas and judicial orders.

Prior to their current position, Justin worked at Orlans PC as a Senior Associate Attorney. During their time there from 2014 to 2022, they represented national financial institutions and lenders in consumer finance and mortgage litigation. Justin had extensive experience with federal mortgage servicing regulations, mortgage fraud, loan workouts, and other related matters. Additionally, they reviewed financial service rules and regulations, vendor contracts, and service agreements for compliance and provided guidance to clients on emerging issues.

Before becoming a Senior Associate Attorney at Orlans PC, Justin started their legal career as a Junior Associate Attorney at the same firm. In this role from 2015 to 2019, they represented lenders and servicers in various lawsuits brought by Attorney Generals and Municipalities. Justin also handled title and lien disputes, bankruptcy proceedings, and other related matters.

Additionally, Justin has experience as a Staff Attorney, where they created, reviewed, and audited legal documents, provided recommendations for contract changes, and advised on foreclosure restarts and title issues.

Justin Pierce has a diverse education history. Justin completed their Master of Business Administration (MBA) degree from the Babson F.W. Olin Graduate School of Business from 2023 to 2025. Prior to that, they obtained a Juris Doctorate degree from the Roger Williams University School of Law from 2010 to 2013.

Justin also holds a Bachelor of Arts (BA) degree in Criminal Justice Studies & Psychology from Roger Williams University, which they obtained from 2005 to 2009. Justin completed their high school education and obtained a High School Diploma from Xaverian Brothers High School from 2001 to 2005.

In addition to their formal education, Justin has obtained several certifications. Justin became a certified Real Estate Broker in the Commonwealth of Massachusetts in June 2020. Justin also holds the title of Attorney, having been certified by various institutions such as the JUDICIARY COURTS OF THE STATE OF NEW HAMPSHIRE in 2019, the First Circuit Court Of Appeal in 2016, and the State of Rhode Island and Commonwealth of Massachusetts in 2013. Furthermore, Justin is a Certified Personal Fitness Trainer - Health Fitness Instructor (CPFT-) certified by the American College of Sports Medicine, which they obtained in July 2009.
