Palash Gupta

Palash Gupta, CSCS - MSc, is an experienced sports scientist and strength and conditioning coach with a diverse background in elite athletic preparation and performance enhancement. Currently serving as the Lead Academy Sports Scientist at Cambridge United Football Club, Palash has previously held positions at Watsonians Hockey Club, where periodised S&C programs led to significant athletic improvements, and the University of Edinburgh Sport, programming for Olympic and Paralympic athletes. With a Master's degree from The University of Edinburgh and a comprehensive skill set utilizing advanced technologies for monitoring and analysis, Palash has contributed to numerous championships across various sports, demonstrating a strong commitment to athlete development and performance optimization.
