Ashish Shah has a wealth of experience in the financial services industry, having worked in various roles since 1992. Ashish began their career as a Senior Underwriter at Heller Financial in 1992. In 1999, they became a Manager of Strategy Consulting at Cambridge Technology Partners and then moved to Accenture in 2000, again as a Manager of Strategy Consulting. In 2002, they joined GE Capital as a Senior Vice President and Business Development Leader for Asia, where they built the Healthcare Financial Services business and was responsible for creating new operating platforms for India, Korea, Australia, and Japan. Ashish then moved to Oxford Finance LLC in 2012, where they were a Senior Director and responsible for developing and executing the strategy for a new national healthcare real estate financing platform. In 2015, they joined Formation Capital as a Managing Director, where they launched a national healthcare real estate financing platform and developed a go to market strategy. Ashish then moved to MONTICELLOAM, LLC in 2020, again as a Managing Director, and is currently a Managing Director at Cambridge Wilkinson, where they provide a full suite of investment banking services.
Ashish Shah began their educational journey in 1988 when they attended the University of Iowa and obtained a BBA in Finance and Political Science by 1992. In 1991, they participated in an Exchange Program at the University of Cambridge, studying Economics. From 1996 to 1998, they attended The University of Chicago Booth School of Business, where they earned an MBA in Economics and International Business. During their time at The University of Chicago Booth School of Business, they also participated in an Exchange Program at the Melbourne Business School in 1997, studying International Business. In addition to their educational background, Ashish Shah also holds a Series 79 certification from FINRA.
