Chris Bolton

Chris Bolton is an experienced programme management professional with a strong track record in managing large-scale capital and regeneration projects across various sectors, including Business, Education, Transport, and Housing. Currently serving as the Head of the Programme Management Office for the Cambridgeshire & Peterborough Combined Authority, Chris oversees a £135 million capital programme and acts as Corporate Risk lead. Previous roles include Programme Manager for the One Public Estate partnership at the Cabinet Office, Interim Programme Manager at St Helens Council overseeing £25 million regeneration projects, and Programme Manager at Great Yarmouth Borough Council managing a £20 million development portfolio. Chris holds an MBA from The Open University and a Bachelor's Degree with Distinction in Applied Economics from the University of East London.
