The Leadership Team at Cambridgeshire & Peterborough Integrated Care System (ICS) is responsible for steering the strategic direction and operational efficiency of the organization. Comprising key roles such as the Chief People Officer, Chief Officer Partnerships & Strategy, Deputy CEO and Managing Director of Strategic Commissioning, Chief Clinical Improvement Officer, and Deputy Chief Nurse, this team works collaboratively to integrate health and care services, foster partnerships, and enhance clinical outcomes to improve the overall health and wellbeing of the local population.
