Brett Wiltsey has been a member of the Camden County College Board of Trustees since 2014 and has served as Treasurer since 2015. Mr. Wiltsey has a diverse and multi-faceted practice throughout the northeast corridor. He regularly counsels clients in litigation strategy, real estate development, tax credits and financial incentives and government relations. His financial services practice includes guidance to regional and national financial institutions in litigation concerning Articles 3, 4 and 4A of the Uniform Commercial Code, Federal Regulation E, consumer fraud, fraudulent endorsements and similar litigation matters, as well as workout, bankruptcy, and the drafting of loan and loan modification documents.
Mr. Wiltsey counsels middle market and emerging growth companies as their general counsel. This representation involves providing counsel to clients with regard to in growth strategies, formation documents, shareholder and operating agreements, litigation (commercial disputes, consumer fraud, and employment), real estate and land use needs, employment litigation, non-compete agreements, and merger and acquisitions. Many emerging companies have requested assistance through the Firm’s Exchange to build relationships with venture capital and other alternative financing models.
Further, Mr. Wiltsey represents municipalities and related governmental entities throughout the State of New Jersey as special counsel focusing on litigation, real estate, redevelopment, and associated issues.
