Kara Scott

Kara Scott has extensive experience in the property management and customer service sectors. Currently serving as a Shared Services Analyst at Camden Property Trust since September 2019, Kara has successfully led process improvement initiatives, utilized Power BI for reporting, and increased revenue by $70,000 year-to-date, while also facilitating training meetings with onsite teams. Previously, as a Leasing Consultant, Kara managed financial transactions, enhanced customer satisfaction, and trained both customers and colleagues on new technologies. Additional experience includes service roles at Pinehurst Country Club and German Gasthof, where Kara contributed to event operations and grew from a hostess to a server. Kara holds a Bachelor's degree in Marketing Strategy from the University of North Carolina Wilmington.
