Jason Martini has extensive experience in finance and leadership roles. Jason is currently working as the Business Unit CFO for CamelBak and QuietKat, a position they have held since September 2022. Prior to this, they served as the CamelBak CFO from July 2020. From February 2019 to July 2020, Jason was a Senior Director of Finance at CamelBak.
Before joining CamelBak, Jason worked at VF Corporation as the Senior Finance Lead for Strategic Projects in the Finance department. During their time at VF Corporation, they played a key role in integrating the Altra Footwear brand into the company's systems and processes. Jason also led the transformation to finance-driven brand strategy communication.
Prior to VF Corporation, Jason served as the CFO of BEARPAW Shoes, Romeo & Juliette, Inc. from March 2016 to June 2018. In this role, they drove change towards sophisticated management processes and systems, leading the transformation of HR practices, forecasting concepts, cash flow management, and brand strategy. Jason also formed subsidiaries in The Netherlands and China during their tenure.
Jason's earlier experience includes various roles at VF Corporation, where they worked from 2006 to 2016. Jason served as the JanSport Brand CFO from January 2013 to February 2016, responsible for the global JanSport brand financials. Jason also held the positions of Director of FP&A and Brand Controller for the JanSport brand within the greater VF Outdoor division during this time.
Before VF Corporation, Jason worked at Unilever as a Commercial Manager for the Good Humor Breyers division, closely aligned with the marketing and sales leadership of the North American Ice Cream business. Jason also gained experience at Stora Enso as a Financial Analysis, Plant and Property Manager, and General Mills as a Senior Financial Analyst.
Jason began their career at W.W. Grainger as a Financial Analyst from 1996 to 1999. Overall, their work experience demonstrates a strong background in finance, leadership, and strategic decision-making in the retail and consumer goods industries.
Jason Martini attended the United States Air Force Academy from 1989 to 1992, where they studied Management. Jason then pursued a Bachelor of Science in Business (BSB) degree in Finance from the University of Minnesota - Carlson School of Management, which they completed in 1994. Jason furthered their education by obtaining a Master of Business Administration (MBA) degree in Finance from Auburn University Harbert College of Business between the years 1995 and 1998.
