Karlien Marjolein Simons

Karlien Marjolein Simons is an experienced management consultant currently serving as Managing Consultant and Head of Center of Excellence for Cultural Transformation at Camelot Management Consultants since July 2021. Previously held positions include Senior Consultant roles in Cultural Transformation and Business Transformation & Organization at the same company, and various managerial roles at beeline Group, including Change Manager and Project Manager in Corporate Development. Karlien's career also includes early experiences as a Consultant in Supply Chain Integration and as Assistenz der Geschäftsführung at Neurochirurgie Media Park Klinik. Karlien holds multiple degrees from Maastricht University, including a Master of Science in Global Supply Chain Management and Change, and a Master of Science in International Business, Strategy and Innovation, as well as a Bachelor of Science in International Business, Supply Chain Management. Additionally, Karlien completed the International Baccalaureate at Marymount International School London.
