Harold Pacheco has a diverse range of work experience in marketing and communications roles. Harold started their career as a Co-Op/Temp Student at Servus Credit Union, where they assisted with marketing and accounting tasks. Harold then moved on to work as a Marketing Specialist at Magna IV Engineering, where they handled marketing, business development, and public relations tasks. During their time there, they also served as the United Way Chair, earning awards for their participation and generating high donations.
Harold then worked as a Marketing Advisor at Peace Hills Insurance, where they developed marketing materials and advised on marketing strategy. Harold successfully promoted a new Motorcycle Coverage Product, resulting in increased sales and brand visibility.
After that, Harold joined the City of St. Albert Economic Development as a Marketing and Business Attraction specialist. Harold developed marketing strategies and achieved significant growth in social media followers, website visits, and e-newsletter subscriptions. Harold also conducted an analytics and experiential marketing project to increase attendance at the department's flagship event.
Harold later became the Marketing Manager at Global Heat Transfer Ltd, where they developed corporate marketing strategies, coordinated events and trade shows, and sought business development opportunities. Harold successfully created awareness of the company's Aftermarket Division's products and services and conducted client satisfaction surveys to identify areas for improvement.
Harold then served as the Marketing Director at Cameron Development Corporation, overseeing marketing strategies for various divisions, including retail/commercial centers, real estate development, and leasing support.
More recently, Harold worked as the Director of Marketing and Communications at Invest Alberta. Although their tenure was short, they contributed to the organization's marketing and communication efforts.
Throughout their career, Harold has demonstrated strong skills in strategic marketing, communication, event planning, and business development. Harold has consistently achieved positive results, such as increased sales, improved brand visibility, and enhanced customer satisfaction.
From 2004 to 2007, Harold Pacheco attended the University of Alberta, where they completed a Bachelor of Commerce degree with a focus on Marketing.
