Leah Kasparek

Leah Kasparek is an accomplished human resources executive with extensive experience across various industries. Currently serving as Vice President of Human Resources at Cameron LNG since January 2024, Leah previously held the position of Senior Vice President, CHRO, and Corporate Secretary at Battalion Oil Corporation from January 2020 to November 2023, where responsibilities included human capital management and corporate governance. Prior to this, Leah served as Senior Vice President of Human Resources and Administration at Halcon Resources Corporation, focusing on the development of HR infrastructure during the company's rapid growth. Leah's career includes leading HR functions at Southwestern Energy, CenterPoint Energy, and Anheuser-Busch, with progressive leadership roles and a strong emphasis on organizational change management, strategic planning, and compliance. Leah holds a JD from the University of Houston Law Center and a Bachelor of Arts in Political Science from the University of Louisiana at Lafayette, along with leadership training from the Center for Creative Leadership and the University of Idaho.
